Trans Air to launch Da Nang-Taipei air route

Trans Air is to open an air route between Da Nang in Vietnam and Taipei in Taiwan from December this year, said the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration.
Trans Air, the second foreign carrier with flights to Da Nang after Singapore’s Silk Air, will first offer two flights from Taipei to Da Nang each week, said Vo Huy Cuong, Head of the Air Transport Department under the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration.
In addition, Vietnam Airlines will also launch several chartered flights between Da Nang and Hong Kong for tourists in the near future.
