The infrastructure of a large urban, industrial and services town will enter into construction during next December, according to Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park and Township Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP JSC).
The project, that will draw an investment of US $1billion, is to be implemented in an area of 1,600 ha. north of the Cam River, in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong.
According to the investor and entrepreneur, 500 ha will be used for industrial development and the remainder of the 1,100 ha for urban development.
Under the investor’s plan, this will be a modern town with sections for industry, trade, services, residential courts, as well as green parks, and other convenient facilities and services to make life more pleasing and enjoyable.
Although the project has yet to break ground, a number of businesses have eyed sites in the town in which to construct facilities for their operation.
